RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:
- All items must have the original tags and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
- All items should be free of make-up or tanning marks
*Altered outfits will not be eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and product along with original packaging, labels, & invoice, then go to your account section. There you will find a return order option, or you can mail your return to the following address also:
